Troubleshooting

If Moddi doesn't show what you expect from Shopify, check these in order.<ol><li>Is the first sync still running? A banner on the Home page shows progress. Until it finishes, only products saved so far appear.</li><li>Is a filter on? Filter chips above the grid hide products. Clear them to see everything.</li><li>Are you looking at the right view? Saved views such as Ready for Shopify show only matching products.</li><li>Files and images? The Assets editor refreshes when you press Shopify sync there.</li><li>A change made a moment ago in Shopify? Updates usually arrive within moments. Reload the page after a minute.</li></ol><h2>Still stuck?</h2>Email support@moddi.app with your store address and what you expected to see.
